Food is more than just sustenance – it's a powerful force that shapes our lives, from the inside out. It fuels our bodies, nourishes our mental health, connects us with others, and leaves a lasting impact on the environment.
This challenge is an urgent call out to all London innovators working to enable more healthy and sustainable food systems for our communities. East London is already a hotbed of innovative food initiatives, and our goal is to help the local ecosystem further demonstrate and scale up its bold ideas.
